Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Having badgered for confirmation, the day before the engineer was due to arrive, I received a text saying they wouldn't be coming and if I wanted to rearrange then to get in touch otherwise the job was closed. I ended up hiring Sam to replace all my internal doors and one double door frame. What started as a positive experience ended up quite miserably: Sam did a botched job on the frame and the new double doors (the doors are not levelled, neither are the handles, the frame is not flush with walls etc). Also, black marks on the trimmed edges, numerous scratches, screws at an angle and so on. He did promise to come back and fix some of the issues, but never did.
