House Extension
Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
Cellar & Basement Conversion
Ian was brilliant at keeping me informed throughout my garage refurbishment. Ian and his team were friendly, polite, hard working and even brought their own kettle so we’re completely self contained. They made very helpful suggestions so that my project was even better than I’d expected it to be. I’d definitely recommend them.
Damp Proofing
Plasterwise did a great job putting in damp proofing in our living room and hall. Guarantee for the work has been provided as well. We needed advice on other work that needed to be carried out and Ian was a great help with that. Victoria GL51
Home Maintenance / Repair
Professional work by Ian and team. Completed work on time, budget and standard. They tidied up after work and was very polite.
Timber Preservation, Woodworm & Rot
It was agreed that new floor boards would be added. Old joists would be sprayed & new joists/bracing added; the squeaking/sagging would be rectified & all joints between boards would be glued & screwed. A few weeks later... The floor still squeaks and is sagging, it requires more bracing (not enough added & not done correctly) the joints between the boards were NOT glued. The job was NOT completed to the agreed specification & I am now having to arrange remedial work at additional cost.
