Slight increase in the price due to the extra work but well worth it. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to employ again if the quote was competitive. Initially came on the date agreed, apparently spent a morning rotivating then gave up saying the soil was too wet. He never came back, though got a text yesterday that he can't finish the job due to other work commitments and he is selling the business. At least he didn't charge me for the rotivating he did do.
