Garden Maintenance
Quoted £320 for trimming bushes, removing the waste, weeding and putting down weedkiller. Only the bushes have been trimmed, with these now left strewn across my garden. Told my girlfriend they would return at 9am the next day to finish the job after instructing her to walk to the nearest cash machine to pay immediately. Never returned, haven't refunded, and no longer replying to texts or answering calls. Currently exploring formal resolution, although would accept either a refund or a finished job.

They came to see what jobs needed doing, asking for payment upfront ( my mistake I know ) and left with my money without doing the job. They have been reported to authorities. Can still dropp the charges if they give me back my money
Garden Maintenance
Accepted the job, was booked in and never showed. Turned off his phone and the job was never done. I tried to contract him days running up to the jobs and on the day off

So impressed by these guys, they accidentally underpriced the work and there was more material to take away than they had estimated, but they kept coming back all week until the job was done. They were always professional, polite and friendly and I can't praise them highly enough!!
North-west home improvement have recently stripped our lawn,rotovated and levelled,relaying fresh turf.They have shown complete professionalism,completing the work on time,and in a tidy manner. They are to be recommended.
