I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Nikki has just finished painting the exterior of my house, the workmanship was first class, the price was decent and Nikki is friendly & would reliable. I would use her again.

Andy's workmanship is commendable. Andy is very thorough, likes to get 'Everything' right, Andy even waited to see if the appliance works! I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone who is looking for a reliable tradesman.

Very friendly guys who did a great job. The day before I stressed that I needed the work to start as early as possible and suggested 9. The guys turned up at 8 and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

I have no reservations about recommending Harry from World of Water. His service was excellent and confirms other reviews posted about him, which I used for basing my choice of tradesman on. He was very communicative and helpful and did a first class job, which was gratifying because his estimate was the lowest of any other tradesman that looked at the job.

Honestly, for the first time since I hired many persons even from rated. Benjamin turned out the best. He never give up and find some solution if any issues occur. Omar’s work is outstanding. He is reliable and has a fantastic eye for details and overall aesthetic as an experienced painter and decorator. I had him paint my kitchen and he went over and beyond expectations ! After he discovered that the walls of dining area in the kitchen were not an ideal state, he put in extra effort to make good on it at no extra cost. I am over the moon with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend him. I can guarantee you will not regret it!
