We are very grateful to Carl for responding quickly to our post, and for the work completed which was replastering two walls in a small room after fairly disastrous wall paper removal. He was incredibly professional and friendly throughout. He took time to call us and explain the scope of the work and the quote which was detailed and transparent. Dave came round viewed what had to be done, he then sent me a quote and start date which I accepted and he showed up on the day and started the job. He has done a really good job rendering the walls and would recomend him to anyone needing rendering. Note, he is not a rip off merchant like some Ive come accross
I've been in the building trade for most of my working live I specialise in all types of plastering and good experiences with tilling,many years of site work but decided to change direction,I like to aim for customer satisfaction I'm also handy with interior painting and floor services.
Builder saw and quoted for the job. I hired him in good faith. Started work refused to remove both fence panels. Removed and damaged the panel,did not errect it back as found.Did not finish my job. Left all rubbish in the work area, including his own bucket.Poured cement and raw lime water in my flower bed, destroying my seeds, germinating for the summer season. Broke my garden tap off the push fit and couldn't fix it back. A total disaster, leaving me with incomplete rendering, which cost me twice over.
