I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
Use at your own risk. Did good job on garden wall even had comments from passersby say how good it was. Phil even got jobs from local builder based on what he did when they saw it. But as for the rest of the work laying the patio in the garden he quoted £1200 for I expected a first class job considering the actual concrete only cost £305. But he subcontracted it out to someone who did a worse job then I could have done myself. I have been in contact with the person who did it but hasn't sorted.

It may be 2 years, but we have just had to have the bathroom ripped apart as the shower was not sealed adequately and there has been an insidious leak that has damaged the ceiling below and floor in bathroom. The work, when we had dismantled the tiles covering it, was seen to be of a less than adequate standard.

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.
