The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Disappointing Experience The initial response was quick, but the job description and photos weren't thoroughly reviewed. Although the job was completed, the leak returned within days. Despite attempts, there's been no response to finish the job. We'll now have to pay another company, meaning our initial payment was wasted.
