Ivan is a hardworking and efficient wood flooring expert. It's a late Victorian house, we requested removal of two old damaged woodchip boards. The area was two first floor landings. We asked for reclaimed pine floorboards to be put down. He did a wonderful job of replacing them to match some original ones. Then sanded, primed and vanished the floor twice. Ivan was enthusiastic and took pride in his work. He tidied, up each of th four days work, hoovered area and took away rubbish. Highly recommend

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Adam was amazing from start to finish. He started from a empty kitchen and fully kitten our wickes kitchen to a very very high standard. Integrated appliances, oven, hob, extractor hood and Worktops all fitted perfectly. Adam is extremely professional and skilled, Woking around the features of our kitchen and was extremely accommodating when needed. Overall, very very happy and would highly recommend both for kitchen fit or other work (we since asked Adam to fit 9 new doors which were also excellently done)

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year.
