Great work! Dale and Otis, two hard-working individuals, were always punctual and dedicated to completing the job each day. They made sure to keep me in the loop and involved in decision-making, ensuring my satisfaction. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they were willing to take on any task. Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.

I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication. The standard of work appears excellent and the finish looks great. We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Dennis made from scratch our bespoke door which was exactly what we wanted, although lockdown happened just after ordering it from him, he worked on the door and kept us updated. Very punctual, professional and friendly, we can’t rate him or his work highly enough, the door looks fantastic.

Colin from cam construction was extremely helpful with our quote for potential extension work to a home we were looking to purchase. He made himself available for a specific appointment at the property, gave us some great ideas for what would be possible then fully costed it up, and even accompanied it with a proposed planning drawing. The service we received was extremely professional. We haven't been able to go ahead with the purchase for unforeseen reasons, but would recommend cam thus far.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Great value for money and just honest, humorous personalities. Would fully recommend.
