I can thoroughly recommend John. He expertly fitted six oak veneer doors for me and did an excellent job overcoming the challenges of my door frames, none of which were square and precisely vertical. Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. The cost of the windows was very reasonable with no unexpected costs involved. They were also very helpful in suggesting cheaper options for window style choice. The windows were installed on time and they cleaned up very well after the work was complete. All timelines were met through the process. A super job!
