Hi everyone, Thanks for considering me as your painter and decorator firstly, I’ve been decorating (and some garden services and handyman stuff like picture and mirror fitting some door fittings and other sort of handyman but just not plumbing or electrics) for about 4 - 5 years on the side of working at a solicitors firm (civil litigation) for 8 years, finally I’ve decided I need to do what I love doing full time, so here I am ready and waiting to take meticulous care of your homes, with your taste and my skills we shall beautify your home to a standard your are happy with, if I’m on the job with you I can maybe help with handyman stuff and flat pack furniture assembly too if I have time, Ive got a lot of experience with installing Pvc / stainless steel wall cladding I look forward to meeting you all. I ended up hiring Sam to replace all my internal doors and one double door frame. What started as a positive experience ended up quite miserably: Sam did a botched job on the frame and the new double doors (the doors are not levelled, neither are the handles, the frame is not flush with walls etc). Also, black marks on the trimmed edges, numerous scratches, screws at an angle and so on. He did promise to come back and fix some of the issues, but never did.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
