Absolutely fantastic to work with! From the first call to Ervis to the end of the project, it was a smooth and enjoyable one. The team are professional, honest and hard working. Paul did a great job in a hard to work area, paving, creating steps and a path while blending it into the older garden areas we don't have funds to change just yet. Altogether a much improved area, and when we have that big win he can come back and take care of the rest! Paul, and Chris were both polite and trustworthy, keeping us informed of progress and helping us make the best decisions for the area, and not minding when there was something we needed to change.

Warren was a one-man machine. He took down the old fence, cut down a tree stump, installed the new fence, resizing panels to fit, cleaned and tidied up, removed all rubbish - he even ended up doing a job for my neighbour. Would highly recommend.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Mirel did a first class job on our driveway. He and his team worked very hard and offered advice and information throughout. They started the job and saw it through to the end, including attention to detail and finishing off, even cleaning the windows and sills at the end. Honest, high quality work for a competitive price, would have no hesitation in recommending Mirel to other people.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Excellent service and good price. Joe took a few hours to remake my garden into a beautiful and useable place again. He gave me very good advice for the future, and ensured that what I believe to have been hedges, Leylandii, would never again grow to such enormous heights, effectively blocking out all the light in my garden and beyond. Arben and his team were fantastic. Before the project started there was real concern to make sure we were sure that we were getting what we wanted. When they started considerable care was devoted to making sure that all measurements and positions were correct. They worked hard, were on time, clean, tidy, and considerate. The end result is exactly what we wanted, beautifully installed at the agreed price in the timescale agreed. I would highly recommend this team.
