From his initial attendance to quote and then throughout the pre-works period, the standard of communication and planning were top notch. I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.

Paul did a great job in a hard to work area, paving, creating steps and a path while blending it into the older garden areas we don't have funds to change just yet. Altogether a much improved area, and when we have that big win he can come back and take care of the rest! Paul, and Chris were both polite and trustworthy, keeping us informed of progress and helping us make the best decisions for the area, and not minding when there was something we needed to change.

Warren was a one-man machine. He took down the old fence, cut down a tree stump, installed the new fence, resizing panels to fit, cleaned and tidied up, removed all rubbish - he even ended up doing a job for my neighbour. Would highly recommend.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget.
