We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Vladimir was the best. He prepared my 40 years old metal garage and wood frame beautifully, undercoated then applied two coats of Zinsser allcoat satin paint. It looks better than new. He later sprayed fence life 5 years onto my fence and shed, again they look as good if not better than new. All competitively priced too. Highly recommended.

Dave did a great job clearing the end of our garden including removing 3 conifers and laying membrane and bark. He also cleared away all the debris afterwards. He was also very reliable and punctual. I would definitely use Dave again and would recommend him to others.

Also we build bespoke frames using mild steel; from railings to staging metal grills and also heavy duty oil drum to bbq converts, and the list goes on. We learned the hard way with our kitchen that we wanted a smaller company to do the bathroom so that we could speak directly to the people doing the work. Hard-working, good humoured and low-maintenance, they were a pleasure to have in the house.
