Philip was punctual, polite and a skilled tradesman. The kitchen fitting work was on time and on budget. The project ran smoothly and I'm really pleased with the result. I know Philip has taken some pictures and I can only hope they demonstrate his great work. I'd highly recommend him to users of this website and have already done so to my neighbours. Russell is like the decorator in your dreams. Always on time: you could literally set your watch.by him. Works to a really high standard and takes pride in his work. Add to that: pleasant, completely reliable and easy to work with. Best of all, the rooms in my home that he did look amazing. I don't do this often, but I can't recommend him highly enough.

I used APH Property Maintenance to hang some doors. They were very professional and reliable. The job was finished to a very high standard especially considering it was not straight forward. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. End result of my rather large Cotswold dry stone wall looks stunning with many complimentary comments from the local villagers. Regardless to say that I very happy with the job. Elliott and Dave worked very hard to get this job done in time for our daughters first birthday party set in our garden. Both good guys who are reliable and communicate well when there are plenty that do not. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

David sent me details of previous work he had done by email. I was very impressed with his previous experience and professionalism. He turned up promptly and was assisted by a colleague as I had a number of paintings that needed hanging and some were quite heavy. He was very friendly and came up with lots of ideas and solutions that I would not have thought of myself. David did a wonderful job that I was very happy with. Very highly recommended.
