Slavek and his team worked meticulously to complete our bathroom refurbishment to our requirements. They were prompt everyday, gave us some good constructive advice and carried out work to a high standard. Sam was just amazing. We had a major loft conversion and house extension done. At first we just asked him to refit the existing kitchen, which he did brilliantly. Then we asked him to build fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. After that there were a dozen small joinery jobs such as building shelf units at the ends of the baths, boxing in pipes etc. And there was tiling. Everything was done to a very high quality, very quickly, with creative input, and at a very reasonable price. Sam is strongly recommended.

This was a large refurbishment job including structural work, quality carpentry, kitchen installation and final decoration and finishing. JSR Construction provided good advice, pragmatic solutions to problems as they arose, as they inevitably do on such jobs and did a great job overall. Thoroughly recommended.

We found Kurt to be reliable, hard working and really easy to deal with. He put us in touch with another contact too, and together they worked as a team to re-build and fit our kitchen exterior wall with new bi-fold doors. Kurt also helped prepare our chimney for a new wood burning stove - overall a great job and the work of a high quality. Highly recommended - thank you!

Sylvester arranged and managed the refitting of my kitchen - plastering, plumbing, cabinets, tiling. Even Replacing joists and floorboards (I had a wood worm problem). We could not be happier with the result and Sylvesters accommodating attitude towards much unexpected/unplanned work all carried out within quoted timeframe. Could not rate him higher! As an electrician he refitted a few of our lights and provided a valid certificate for all work done. Very professional and tidy.

I can’t rate Andy highly enough. As a landlord living 200miles from the property Andy was in great communication with me every step of the way with discussions on the phone, drawings by email and videos of the job by WhatsApp. He’s punctual, competitively priced and a really nice person to deal with.

matt did kitchen worktops for me. his work is to the highest standard, and i shall not hesitate in calling him again. as a local builder myself i shall recommend him to others. the job i asked him to do for me, was not straight forward, quite a few complications, but he overcame them all to do an excellent job.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry.
