Absolute professional. Goes above and beyond. Originally asked him to panel and paint my living room. However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. Absolutely lived this company and the lads who work for the boss Paul. Great price. An amazing job and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. Professional. Clean. Respectful and helpful in getting the job done to an amazing standard. Not many trust worthy builders out there but Paul and his team aren't one of them. They turn up when they say they will and work hard when doing the job. Paul is an honest hard working who is trustworthy. Thankyou so much.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Arranged a date for a quote to be given and they failed to show up. Less than half an hour after I reposted the job they emailed me to see if they could quote me for the same job they had failed to show up for. Sorry guys, you let me down once, you don't get a second chance.

I've never left negative feedback before but so upset by Oliver Guest that I feel that others should be make aware. Despite numerous texts & promises, he fobs you off & will not finish the job. Left with a dishwasher with no door, missing plinths and no soft closers. Also, the utensil drawers have dropped already. I booked him to finish kitchen on Sat Dec 8th on 13th SEPT (job started at Easter) &despite; confirmation text on 1st Nov he still didn't turn up. Always has an excuse. Stay away.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Kris was very reliable, gave great recommendations and completed the job to a great standard. He was good value and was great at keeping me informed as the job progressed. I am very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend Kris to anyone. I will be using him again!

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!
