Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Very quick to respond to my request.. and was very straightforward and telling me how much exactly cost and with no hidden extras. The cat-flap installed looks amazing and works perfectly! Excellent work done by the team at MK Construction. I had a complete breakdown of the cost of the job before they started and they have exceeded my expectations. They were always on time, very polite and left the area clean and tidy each evening. They kept me informed with photos showing each step of the job as they did it. I love before and after photos! I am extremely pleased with the quality of work they have done. Because of my experience, I can totally recommend this company.

Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.

Reece did a great job replacing an old flat roof on our house. When he came out to quote he explained everything that he thought should be done and took pictures/videos for us so that we could understand the issue. The work looks very thorough and he left everywhere neat and tidy when the work was finished.

Mark was very professional. He did an excellent job in repointing the rear of our Victorian terrace. He was thorough in preparing the job and in clearing and cleaning-up after each day and we're very pleased with the results.

You hear of so many 'horror stories' about tradespeople who you invite into your home and put your trust in them to fix whatever has gone wrong. I definitely chose the most reliable, honest and hardworking to replace my ceiling and plaster after a leak and the complete dismantling of my ceiling. Chas was honest from the start, explained exactly what his plan was, and stuck to it, He kept me informed, turned up on time and never stopped, although a very messy job. They were completely respectful ofmy home.
