Luke and team started work on the Bank holiday, took down Solar Panels, stripped old tiles, soffits, facias and guttering. Completed full roof replacements and bird proofed the solar panels within 5 days and kept the area clean and tidy. All this done for a very good price quoted on 1st inspection and stuck to it till the end. Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.
Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.
