We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Martin (Refurbahome) was quick to respond to the advert and completed all the odd-jobs in less than an hour. I'd happily use Refurbahome again.

A prompt response to my listing. A fair price for the work was agreed and is what we paid on completion. Mr Jeffrey arrived on time and completed the installation of the wooden blinds in the timescale quoted. It may have been a small job but it was one well done. We have jobs to do around the house that were once DIY but due to age and infirmity are all in need of a tradesman. We are glad that we found Mr Jeffrey, will be happy to use his services again and recommend him to friends and family.

I was dubious about hiring people to do work in my house after one or two previous disasters, but Steve was brilliant. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced for the job I wanted doing. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to anyone else.

Martin is a first rate carpenter and has done two jobs for us. One was board the loft and put shelves up there... perfect. The other was to build a fairly large summer house from scratch. Beautiful house.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Finally they are really nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
