Stuart is an excellent tradesman attention to detail is fantastic he takes absolute pride in his work. I'm a complete perfectionist and he was 200% the right choice. His costs are fair especially for such a high standard of work. Completely trustworthy . I would highly recommend him and most definitely be using again soon .

Posted my Job on Rate People having never used the service before. I had a call from Andy within half an hour letting me know he could repair my Gledhill boiler and that he was in my area. Very professional service and good communication. I would certainly use Kings Property Maintenance for any future jobs and would recommend Kings to anyone.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Les is fantastic and very trustworthy. We had some work related to a water leak that needed to be done but were going on holiday, so we left him the key. He started and finished everything perfectly on time for our return. Highlight recommend him to anyone looking for a proficient and reliable plumber!

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. Tenants reported that Team were polite, pleasant and hardworking. Delighted with outcome of Bathroom. Would definitely recommend and use again for home and rental.
