Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I had a new boiler installed and also Neil fixed the problems I was having in the loft with leaking water tanks. I had a new radiator fitted and also I needed a new water tank in the airing cupboard. I was pleased with the work done by Neil and his companion and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
