Completely trustworthy, punctual, always left the house as it was prior to him doing the day's work, cleaned the mess daily, polite, informative, friendly, so much so I left him with my keys to carry out the work whilst I was in work. I would highly recommend this person to anyone - He has fitted me a new Combi Bolier removing the conventional boiler and it took 3 days. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.
