Mark fitted a new radiator for me, did a really professional job and very flexible in working hours to accommodate our availability. Mark also fitted a new banister handrail, taking steps to match it to the existing handrail and ensure it was a good quality job. Will definitely use Mark again for Plumbing and general maintenance jobs. Thank you.

Rohan did a complete bathroom refurbishment for me. He was diligent and tidy and the final job looks great. He turned up every day early and worked the full day. He came back after completion to fix a snag too - so good aftercare. Good guy, would recommend him.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

A professional, highly-organised Gas Safe registered plumber and heating engineer. Replaced a radiator for us, did a cracking job and didn't charge the earth. Will be using him as our go-to plumber from now on.
