I first of all went to see the flat before moving in and it was absolutely disgraceful and put me off. I got the professional painter group to come and help me with what was possible. He explained very clearly on every process on what he could do. And I'm lost to find the word's to describe how pleased i am now. Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. I will definitely use them again

Steve took on the task of renovating and decorating the hallway and landing of our Victorian house. A very delicate job which Steve did a fantastic job on. The attention to detail is fantastic!! The job took 2 weeks and having Steve here was nothing intrusive at all. Highly highly recommend Steve. Make sure you have plenty of tea/coffee in the go :) hopefully he will have time soon to renovate the rest of the house. A+++

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
