All work as carried out to a high standard, as I live 140 miles away I had to leave the key with them and all of the work was completed when they said it would be, there is one small touch up job where a hole had not been filled (by another contractor) after the removal of a down lighter and they have offered to pop back in to just finish the painting so all in all very happy. nic.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Tony contacted me quickly after I advertised the job . Came to my flat the following day and looked at what needed doing after previous decorators did a bad job so needed re doing . Quote from Tony was received via email later that afternoon which was very reasonable and we agreed a start date . On the morning of the start date Tom was prompt and well prepared and a really nice genuine guy . Total painting of my flat was competed in 2 days to high standard at a great price . Would recommend
We cannot recommend Gordon highly enough. He is fastidious with his work and completed the 2 rooms that he decorated for us to absolute perfection in a short amount of time. Nothing is too much trouble for him. At the end of each day he tidied each room, so much so that you would almost not know he had been there! He is efficient and his time keeping is true to his word. We are delighted with the work that Gordon has done for us. If you need a decorator, look no further! Exceptional! And a nice man too!
I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.

Very pleased with service leading up to the job. I was pleased that Daniel offerred to start the job early even though it was a Sunday evening. The work was completed ahead of schedule, to a good standard, so much so that we asked for an extra room to be decorated. Both jobs completed to timescales, ensuring the refurbishment of our fitness facility was able to proceed without any delays at all. Will definitely use again. Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me.
