Materials were paid for upfront which we were a little bit worried about at first but materials and team turned up at agreed time. Another payment was made halfway through and on completion as agreed. Darren completely transformed our run down mud bath garden into a lovely clean family garden that we all absolutely love. Darren is a friendly chap who just knuckles down and gets on with the job. He went above and beyond in our garden. Miracles really do happen with Sowerby slabs. Thanks Darren

An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. We felt fully informed throughout the process and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark to others. Thanks for all your hard work, the lounge looks great!

You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. The site was tidied up on completion and advice was given about covering the beam and contacting building control. Thanks Ian and team, great job, thoroughly recommended.

Richard arrived promptly after our request, his work ethics were excellent. Richard arrived first thing every morning and got straight on with his work always cleaning down both inside and outside the house at the end of his working day. Ashley was brilliant. He has done a great job with our radiators - really smart, quality workmanship. He and his colleague were very friendly, professional, tidy and prompt - he even phoned ahead to confirm he was on the way. They went above and beyond to get things done right. I would recommend ASC.
