I was very impressed with Neil and the work carried out. Everything was installed to a high standard and it looks great. A friendly and professional approach throughout and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an electrician in the future. I will definitely be using his services again.

Ashley was brilliant. He has done a great job with our radiators - really smart, quality workmanship. He and his colleague were very friendly, professional, tidy and prompt - he even phoned ahead to confirm he was on the way. They went above and beyond to get things done right. Very professional and customer focused. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable. Took shoes off when in our house. Did a fabulous job on the consumer unit considering the mess they had to start with. Very good price also; would use them again if I needed similar work.

Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. The site was tidied up on completion and advice was given about covering the beam and contacting building control. Thanks Ian and team, great job, thoroughly recommended.

I cannot praise Christopher/W Spencer Interiors enough from the initial contact through to the completion of the project. Chris took time to understand what I wanted and was always willing to amend the plans to ensure that he had interpreted my requirements. He was reliable and always responded to emails and turned up when he said he would! Finally, the quality of his carpentry is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout.
