Connor and his son arrived at the agreed time:nothing was too much trouble;they went out of their way to comply with my wishes.they were kind,polite,and considerate:my garden had become something of a jungle,and in one day was transformed by Mr..Chapman's dedication and professionalism.I have no hesitation in recommending AA Property Services and Connor Chapman.I now regard Connor as a friend.

I couldn't rate Chris and his team highly enough. There's been great communication through the process, they've worked around our timeline, and gave a great cost breakdown in the quote. Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. He and his side-kick, John, worked non-stop overcoming every issue our wonky victorian terraced could throw at them. I'm so relieved and impressed. He's now my go-to builder.

the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.

Leakage around windows in an attic room led us to call in a roofer. Good communication, very polite and efficient, and got the job done quickly on the day. We'll only know for sure once it rains again, but the work comes with a 5-year guarantee.

Paul is a hard worker for Darren, polite and a tidy worker Paul makes sure he meets your needs to the best of his capabilities, As I needed full access to my Lower floor for wheelchair access. Door ways made bigger , bedroom and bathroom adapted hard workers.

Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Left flat clean and tidy, did an excellent job and really happy with the standard of work. Highly recommended.
