George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Very impressed with Matthew - good communication, very punctual and organised and he completed a very unpleasant and dirty job (stone cleaning after fire damage) very effectively.
On the beginning it was only a cleaning company but during the expansion we provide many other services now as tiling,plumbing,plaster, painting, gardening etc. and co-operate with Sebastian Kardela - bathroom specialist.
Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.

Gave a quote which was fine. Scheduled the work then did not show up with no communication. A few weeks later they got in touch saying they had an accident and were now back at work. Rescheduled work and again they did not show up with no communication. Still waiting...

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Happy with the work done, but it took much longer than expected as they arrived later than planned then cancelled a couple of days due to external issues. Like I said, the completed work is excellent.
