Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Paul is a brilliant carpenter - he completed a bespoke piece of work in a very tight space, all done in 1 day for a very good price. He's also polite, punctual and friendly. To top it off, we accidentally overpaid him for the work he did (by quite a lot) and within minutes he was on the phone to us telling us honestly about the mistake we'd made and the excess money was returned to us within the hour. Howard is a lovely man. Chatty, works full days. Gave a competitive quote. However the quality of his finish was not up to the standard I was expecting. Paint in a lot of places it shouldn't have been. Poor edging and he had to return to completely repaint two walls.
