More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
