I am a small local business doing top quality work for reasonable prices
I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Not tidy workers ,splashes of cement all over existing and new pavers which are difficult to remove . Untidy pointing and Pond leaked through when filled . Not good .
