George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. Throughout our project Andy went out of his way to minimise the mess, put up with our kids and accomodate any changes in the work that we threw at him. The finshed work was impeccable, even his plastering was better than most plasterers I've hired in the past. I would not hesitate in using Andy again for future projects and although I'm tempted to give him one star to make sure he doesn't get too busy, he definitely earned all five.
A really lovely guy, he was so kind and tolerant when my two year old insisted on helping him. I was really pleased with the beautifully crafted cupboard and ergonomic design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was a really nice talented professional that was incredibly tidy too.
