Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Tony was fantastic stepping in at short notice after being let down by another tradesman. He replaced our old bathroom suite and put plastic cladding on the walls and ceiling fitted new lino and other jobs that came up.
