Leevoy and Carl called and visited within 1/2 hour. They offered a great price to do the job there and then. I accepted and they made an immediate start. They were knowledgeable and worked hard, willingly including some additional requests. I would highly recommend and will be using them again soon. They re-lined a long neglected Garden Pond and revived a blocked soak-away . They added a water butt to the soak-away. They worked hard in a biting wind and a shower or two. Very satisfied with the result..

We were delighted with the work that Chris and his team did with our front garden. Chris impressed from the first time we met him with his knowledge and attention to detail, and he really helped us to refine our ideas, offering useful suggestions throughout the design phase. The work was completed quickly and with very minimal disruption and we are really happy with the end result - we now have the smartest looking house on the street, rather than the scruffiest as it was previously!

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. I trusted him so much, I left him my keys, went on holiday and came back to a beautiful home. He knows a great deal, takes huge pride in his work. I would recommend Stan to everyone I know!

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.

Excellent high quality service. Both Jamie and Dave have done a fabulous job on refurbishing 2 bathrooms in an old property. Reliable honest and as good as their word - will be using them again in the future for other jobs. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. Polite, tidy, skilled, talented and efficient, he double checked every detail with me so we got what we wanted. Delighted.
