George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I was waiting for Morgan to come back and finish the job, as he promised. The workmanship was not professional at all. I've had to pay out more money to bring it to standard. I paid him in good faith that he would be back to finish the job, but no show. The doors are not level, the frame wasn't attached to the wall. The plaster is cracking and not even. The ceiling plaster boards were just knocked up over my coving. Was very laxed on days to come work. The list can go on. Not happy
w/s developments left my garage conversion in a right state had to get rid, i had to hire a proper builder to put right there mess not recommended do not hire

Was enough as was the amount based on YOUR measurements. Regardless of the mess of the central squares you had more than enough Lino to leave a good finish under the freezer,oven,washing machine instead of the disaster that's left. There absolutely no excuse for the work you have done here, as a PROSFESSONAL you should measure before cutting and then realising you couldn't make it work, you should have more pride in your work than to leave a woman and her child with a kitchen floor that is a compete mess

Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.
The wall looks fine but instead of 4 days it took 3weeks to complete and the whole area was left dirty and the lawn in a mess.
