We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Patrick O'Brien, and his team, has exceeded my expectations on this job. It was a full refurbishment and I am extremely pleased with the results. All work has been completed to a very high standard and Patrick could not have been more professional or helpful in his approach. There were no hidden extra costs; any additional work was discussed thoroughly and agreed before going ahead with it. I can wholeheartedly recommend Patrick for any building work. Neighbours commented on his professional attitude.

we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. My wife and have no hesitation in recommending mark for anyone seeking similar bullding projects

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. So so please with Phill I'll will recommand him anytime.Thank you Phill for your excellent job

In summary, extremely impressed. Tony was able to fix a longstanding issue with uneven brick paving in block of flats I manage the next day at a very reasonable rate and with great communication throughout. Will be reaching out to him for other jobs as they arise due to his professionalism.

Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. Edilson was very efficient, communicative, and clean during the job. He explained everything that he was doing, and made suggestions about how to make the most of the space we were using. He even did a few extra odd jobs for me at the last minute. I've now shared his details with all of my family, and they will be using him in the future. I definitely recommend!
