Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.
