Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

We were impressed with the professionalism of this builder. We felt the price quoted was reasonable, the crew were respectful of our property and worked tidily and cleanly. We were very impressed with the finished work which was completed on time. They even moved some of my plants, and turned my bamboo into canes for me. The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.
