I have been in the building trade for the last 26years, with a vast knowledge of carpentry and joinery and refurbishment to property's. with jobs including fitting of kitchens, bathrooms, small extentions and all internal works to domestic property's.
Reached out on the day of posting the requirement. Negotiated price and work to be undertaken. We discussed materials to be used in the all in price (using plywood which is more expensive than MDF) but better for structural integrity, strength and durability (I have kids that stomp around the house and stairs). Reasonably priced, did as he said. Kept noise to a minimum and brought own tools. Would recommend and will use again.????????

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.
