Quick and efficient and a job well done fitting skirting board to our irregular shaped walls. Kim and co were friendly and quickly came back to fix something that needed attention a couple of weeks after the job had been completed and payment had been made. Would use again - thank you!

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Craig was able to come over very promptly and do the job the next day. The work was extraordinary value for money and excellent quality. He passed every decision by me and came up with ideas for making it work which I hadn't considered. He's friendly and very helpful. Well recommended.

Kelvin was polite respectful and considerate towards my elderly mother who the job was being done for. He left her home clean and tidy every evening. The standard of his work is second to none , giving consideration of her needs at all stages of the refurbishment. I would highly recommend him.

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

Rob contacted us promptly and gave an instant quote. The price was good and included the doors and fittings. He arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. Don’t think the job was straightforward as ours is an older house with all the problems that can bring but this didn’t faze him. He completed the work inside six hours and cleaned up after. Just a bit of hoovering to do. He did an excellent job and the doors look amazing. Would contact him again if we need anything else Would definitely recommend Rob

Paul undertook the job and managed the unexpected issues that arose during the work very positively even though it lengthened the time of the job. He was efficient, communicated what he was doing and left everything in good order.

The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. Responded in an emergency and did a first rate job. They laid the lino floor in a couple of hours, all done. Nice job.
