The team was fantastic. Ended up digging up the old patio, putting down a new base, and relaying the stone slabs. Also completed a large deck, sleeper planters and new path. Very pleased with the finished job and great price. Would highly recommend.

Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and understood exactly what I wanted before starting work. Fantastic turnaround time on this job. From coming out to assess the work needed, to completing the build, took less than 48 hours. The price was reasonable and I'd be happy to book other jobs with them and recommend them to others.
Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys
