Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.

quoted the job, booked in for the 3 days work, confirmed days. Tried to contact the week of the job to check on what time they would like to start no answer, and didnt turn up at all with zero communication. Avoid.

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Hi Jordan, neither do I but you promised to replace the tiles you ruined and you have since not responded or actioned. I have no idea how you have achieved the rating if you and your team do this to others. I believed it only fair to warn other people. When you spend time investing in your home and someone treats it with disregard and are not genuine or trustworthy it is important to me that others don’t get let down in the same way, I’ve tried to deal with it privately you ignored me.

Good job done on the garden. I would Advise getting a written, binding quote for all work before commencement. If jet washing is to be done and hose runs through the house be ready with lots of towels as kartcha leaks

AVOID!! We hired DAP services as the quote was significantly cheaper than others. However, although the 'tradesman' was a nice guy, the work was very poor. DAP services did try to rectify the problems but to no avail. No partial refund was received despite being promised. This has resulted in all the plastering having to be re-done. As such we would not recommend.

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.

How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.

Do not use this firm! They do not know how to lay paving stones . They left all of their rubbish on site. Then hounded me to pay for an appalling job. Stones were moving two days after laying. Gaps between stones were not uniform. The drain cover sticks up higher than the stone. The patio was not laid to drain off to the garden. In some places it is flat causing water to pool. They bought the wrong colour stone and laid it anyway then bought the wrong colour grout and brushes it in without pushing it in.
