Phil responded to my job within 2 hours and was at my house shortly after to quote, which was fantastic. He quoted an excellent price and was here to complete the job at 7.55am for an 8am appointment - again, superb. We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon.
