Polite and friendly. Pleased with the job. Gave a reasonable and realistic price so I didn't bother getting other quotes. No nonsense, no waffle. Completed within a week of accepting the quote. I will need another fence doing soon but I can't afford at the moment but will use J&M again for that one.

Very happy. Turned up on time to quote, gave no nonsense advice and estimated immediately. Once i had selected him he turned up at 8am on the day agreed and did the job in one day. In summary, extremely impressed. Tony was able to fix a longstanding issue with uneven brick paving in block of flats I manage the next day at a very reasonable rate and with great communication throughout. Will be reaching out to him for other jobs as they arise due to his professionalism.

Rob worked really hard to get my garden looking back to its best. Considering the amount of work required he got it done in a fraction of the time I expected with no fuss. Very fair and considered quotes for work to be completed. From the initial quoting process through to completing the job I have found APS very easy to deal with and I intend to use them again regularly moving into the future.

as mentioned in my previous comment but not elaborated on ,the ' problem ' was blistering of the plaster that was already evident before the decorating started.

Great work. Did some great weather edge reprinting on the old house. Turns up early, works late if he needs and just puts the hours in as he cares about doing a good job for you. Clean, efficient and helpful. Did what he said and to the quote even though it took a few more days. Would certainly use him again and recommend jeff to anyone who needs a good builder.
