Outstanding - it's as simple as that. Honest, diligent and real craftsmen who take the time to explain everything beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want. I am a general builder with over 30 years of experience in the trade. I take pride in the work that I do and in finishing in time, on budget and to a very high standard. We undertake small maintenance work right up to extensions, refurbishments and new builds.
Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. They always turned up on time and kept me informed regarding progress of the project. I have no reservation in recommending him and his team.

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is extremely reliable and we would have no hesitation is recommending him. We were very pleased with the result and found him to be extremely helpful and efficient.

I am extremely pleased with the way Nick has dealt with the job that needed doing. He was very prompt in giving me a quote and arranging a date to carry out the work. He also gave me very sound advice on the type of doors that would be suitable and could be purchased at a good price. He did the job quickly and very thoroughly , checking that everything was a perfect fit. He was also careful not to leave any mess behind.
