I would call these people 1st no matter what. I had mother's house cleared out from top to bottom. Sent me videos of after the clearance was complete and so cheap your fall off your chair. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
