This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Really, really pleased with our new bathroom! Dan did an excellent job and worked really hard throughout the time he was with us. The job was more difficult than either of us anticipated, plus we asked him to do a few extra bits not originally quoted for, but he just ploughed on until the job was done. Dan always cleaned up after each day and tried to keep mess to a minimum. The finish in the bathroom is first class, we just love it! Will certainly use him again and recommend him to others.
